By all these lovely tokens, September days are here. With summer’s best of weather and autumn’s best of cheer. ~ Helen Hunt Jackson
Autumn is a beautiful time of year to turn over a new leaf. By embracing the present moment and making small, incremental changes towards the path you want to go down, we can make the most of this special time of year!

Autumn is a great time to embrace the present moment due to all the beauty that surrounds us this time of year, such as the fall foliage, pumpkin patches, fall festivals, fall baking, holiday festivities, and all things pumpkin spice.
The autumn season also inspires us to go inward and making incremental changes toward the paths we truly want to travel down. To make such changes, we can ask ourselves questions like this:
How do you want to spend your time?
What do you want to create?
What can you let go of?
What do you want more of?
What memories do you want to make?
How are your challenges stretching and refining you for good?
What’s out of your control that you can move on from?
May this special season be all that you wish and more!
