Happy Memorial Day (and Motivation Monday)!

Thank you for stopping by to read today’s post about 3 simple morning moments to create momentum.

One. Go for a 30 minute morning walk. A morning walk creates momentum by increasing alertness about your environment, body, and spirit.

Two. Do something you love. Doing what you love, even for just a few moments, sets the tone for your day and keeps you moving forward in a positive direction.

Three. Meditate to calming music or sounds. Meditating to calming music or sounds reduces stress, grounds you, and increases your attention span. These benefits create momentum by keeping you absorbed in the moment.

We would love to hear your morning moments for creating momentum in the comments below.
