Motivation Monday

“When life gives you Monday, dip it in glitter & sparkle all day.”

For today’s Motivation Monday post, we’re sharing a few ways to shift your Mondays from mundane to magical!

  1. Move. Taking a walk or doing cardio at the gym welcomes your week off on the right foot, gives you energy and momentum, and raises your spirits.

  2. Get Ready. Getting ready makes you feel “put together,” confident, and ready to take on the day and a new week. It can also help with productivity.

  3. Make a Playlist. Make your own playlist full of your favorite motivational music.

  4. Schedule. Schedule your priorities, daily and weekly work to-do’s, and any chores or errands.

  5. Stay Hydrated. Drink sparkling or flavored water, purified water, fresh juice, and/or a natural energy drink to stay alert and refreshed.
