Motivation Monday: "Motivation Hacks"

For today's Motivation Monday post, we're sharing a few motivation hacks to help you stay motivated towards your goals this week!

Commit, and reward yourself, for showing up. Knowing that you'll be rewarded for your work can help keep you motivated and on task.
Take pride and see the value in your work and accomplishing your goals. One way to do this is by constantly reminding yourself of why your work and accomplishing your goals are important and how they help you as an individual and how they help others, too.
Consider why what you're doing is important to you.
Schedule some restorative time off.
Find ways to make work and achieving your goals fun. Though the work itself may not be the most fun thing to do or may seem tedious, and though you may want to be doing a million other things with your time than the task at hand, try to find ways to make your work and achieving your goals more enjoyable. For example, if you work or study from in an office, you can use pretty file folders, pens, stickers, etc. You could also make a task tracker and give yourself a little sticker for each task you accomplish, which can be a visual reminder to you to keep working hard!
Remember that your goals and desires are your choice.
Surround yourself with positive and likeminded people.
Incorporate inspirational activities into your week. For example, you could take a walk in nature, read a new book, learn a new recipe, etc.
Find an accountability buddy or use an accountability notebook to track your progress.
