1. Go offline by doing a 24-48 hour "digital detox."
2. Get a change of scenery or have a "stay-cation."
3. Do the things you love when you're not working, such as by investing in your hobbies.
4. Reestablish and recommit to health and wellness.
5. Tidy your space and store any holiday decor.
6. Adorn your home with fresh flowers or plants.
