Happy Motivation Monday! Today we're sharing a few "Spring Morning Routine" ideas to inspire your daily routine this season!

  1. Light a floral scented candle while getting ready for the day.

  2. Drink lemon or fruit water.

  3. Ice roll your face.

  4. Go for a short morning walk in nature.

  5. Write in your journal.

  6. Read or watch something uplifting and inspiring.

  7. Go to your favorite local juice store or make your own favorite juice.

  8. Write your daily to-do list and agenda.

  9. Water your plants, flowers, garden, etc.

  10. Update your phone screen and desktop to a pretty spring image, such as cherry blossoms or flower fields.
