For today's Wisdom Wednesday post, we're welcoming a fresh and positive start to 2023 by sharing a few ideas on how to relax and reset during your work day or at any time of the day. Please share your ideas or your own "reset & relax routine" in the comments below if you wish!

Ideas for a Relax & Reset Routine
  1. Diffuse calming essential oils such as lavender, eucalyptus, or jasmine

  2. Watch your favorite YouTube channel

  3. Drink calming chamomile tea or hot chocolate

  4. Take a walk in nature

  5. Do something creative, even just finding inspiration on Pinterest

  6. Do a daily brain dump

  7. Call or write and send a note to an uplifting friend or family member

  8. Drink flavored water with lemon and cucumber slices

  9. Do a juice cleanse

  10. Begin a yoga and meditation practice
