"What sunshine is to flowers, smiles are to humanity. These are but trifles, to be sure; but scattered along life’s pathway, the good they do is inconceivable." – Joseph Addison
Happy Wisdom Wednesday!
Greetings from Gorham Law! Thank you for stopping by. For today's Wisdom Wednesday post, we're sharing six of our favorite spring cleaning tips.

One. Create a plan/to-do list for cleaning and decluttering your physical environment, and schedule or outsource each task.

Two. Create a meditation and mindfulness practice, such as by using the "Calm" app or accessing free meditations on Youtube.

Three. Do a digital detox, such as deleting apps from your phone and electronic devices that distract you or that you rarely use.
Four. Get a journal and"brain dump" all of your cluttered thoughts.

Five. Pick three areas of your life that you would like to prioritize over the next six months, and set realistic goals in each area.

Six. Replace lifeless objects in your physical environment, such as old decorations that accumulate dust bunnies, with fresh flowers, plants, stones, and/or succulents.

We welcome your own spring cleaning tips in the comments below. Thank you for reading, & happy spring!
