For today's Wisdom Wednesday post, we're welcoming the 2022 Winter Solstice, which is the first day of winter and the shortest day and the longest evening of 2022, by sharing some journal prompts to plan for the season of winter and the upcoming year.
Winter Solstice Journal Prompts

1. Which theme do you want to focus on during the winter season?

2. How do you want to celebrate the winter solstice? For example, by setting intentions for the upcoming year, making mulled apple cider, hosting a winter solstice party, etc.
